Shipping logistics

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered via registered international courier companies. Please note that we are not responsible for international customs, duties, or paperwork. For nationwide buyers, orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days (Not counting Saturday and Sunday) or according to the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. Due to customs issues, shipments are not made to Europe or Brazil.

Shipping cost

Refund policy

Delivery Time

Alice Cosmetic Ink fills orders the same day if the order is approved and received before 1PM, otherwise the order will be filled the next business day. Nationwide orders are delivered within 10 business days. ▪ The tracking number is provided so that the order can be tracked. ▪ For other countries the delivery is approximately 2 weeks (business days).


Return Policy

▪ Returns (previously authorized by Alice Cosmetic Ink) will only be made for the following reasons: ▪ Color variation. ▪ Label damaged or mislabeled. ▪ Bottles with less content than specified on the label. ▪ Damaged packaging: Crushed container, which means that the product cannot be applied. ▪ No reimbursement / return will be made in case of mishandling of the product by the customer or if the care and custody instructions indicated on the label were not followed. ▪ All claims must be submitted within a period not exceeding 3 days, counted from delivery to the customer's premises. ▪ Complaints must be submitted along with photos and a formal email must be sent to the sales agent assigned to the account to validate a return or follow up on the request. ▪ The customer can return the product once Alice Cosmetic Ink has received the written complaint and has reviewed the situation. Then, if applicable, credit will be given, or a refund/return will be made. ▪Returns or refunds will be made only if the previous points are presented. Cancellations do not apply for reasons unrelated to product quality or are the responsibility of Alice Cosmetic Ink.
